Share Aristocratic Charm NOKIA 8800 Carbon ARTE-myluxphone LTD

Nowadays in market the most popular handsets are Nokia 8800 Carbon Arte and Apple 3G IPHONE White. Both these majestic devices are extremely feature rich and enriched with highly pleasing design and shape. However, the comparison of both these ultimate gadget is completely out of question as no one is behind one another either we talk about technology or about design. Both these amazing mobile widgets are full fledged with exceptional and high, quality features and serves all the basic communication as well as entertainment needs of their prospective users with their superb and world class functionality. Nokia has got some front. The 8800 Carbon Arte is an S40-toting handset retailing at over a grand. Who, especially in these cash-strapped days, is going to spend more than a thousand quid on a SIM-free mobile phone?

The most appealing feature of this phone is its iPod audio/video player, which lets the users to play their favorite songs and videos in the handset and charge up their tired mind with its awesome display and unbeatable sound quality. There is the craftsmanship and materials including carbon fiber, titanium, stainless steel and polished glass. There is the 4GB of internal memory, though frankly that’s a bit of a poor justification as you can add memory by the gigabyte to phones cheaply these days, and most, unlike this model, have a micro-SD card slot for the purpose. Yes, that’s right. While you do get 4GB of memory here, it is all internal and you can’t bulk it out further. Recently Nokia has launched a premium mobile phone in Nokia Arte sub-brand, Nokia 8800 Carbon Arte. But on going through the specifications of this phone, you will found that the Nokia 8800 does not offer anything advanced for the price tag of $1600/1100 Euro. However, the design really gives the phone a high class image. Just as the name suggests, the Nokia 8800 Carbon Arte is mainly made of carbon fiber mixed with titanium, polished glass and stainless steel. These materials give Nokia N99 a luxury look. It weights only 150 Grams bringing it in the category of light-weight mobile phone.

Nokia 8800 Carbon Arte mobile comes in 2″ OLED display with a resolution of 240 x 320 pixels and 16 million colors display. The display may be a disappointment as it is small and has poor sunlight legibility. Just below the display is the D-pad with 4 control keys and the keypad is hidden under a cover which you need to slide up. The shape of Nokia 8800 Carbon Arte is good and can easily fit into your hand. If you will tap twice on the lower part of the mobile, an analog or digital clock will display on the mobile phone screen, hence making it convenient to check time without unlocking the keypad. Overall the design features of Nokia 8800 Carbon Arte are quite good as it has put hard work into the design since it is the selling point. In term of functionalities, Nokia 8800 Arte features are nothing different from other midrange phones. Nokia 8800 Arte mobile phone only support tri-band network and though it is a 3G phone, but it lacks video calling function. The web browser also is a disappointment due to weak internet usages. The camera in Nokia N900 mobile phone has 3-megapixel resolution with auto focus, but has no flash and so it is pointless to try snapping pictures in a dark environment.
